You may return any item purchased from J Devitt Designs, for any reason, within 90 days of the purchase as long as it is returned in the same condition in which you received it. We will refund the purchase price of the product, exchange the returned item for another item of the same price, or give you a store credit - it's your choice. Any refund issued will be done in the same method as the original payment (i.e., if payment for the product was by check, the refund will be by check, etc.). There is no need to ask us in advance or obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Just send the item with a note that contains your name, mailing address, order number, instructions as to a refund, exchange, or store credit, and your email address - we'll take it from there.
